Shepherds
Roger and Shirley spent their entire careers in Atlanta, Georgia. Once they retired in 2020, they moved to Freeport, Florida and began worshipping with the Destin Church of Christ. In 2023 Roger began serving as an Elder. They have two children and two grandchildren who remain in the Atlanta area.
John and Janice grew up in Texas, met and married, over 50 years ago, at Abilene Christian University. Being members here at the Destin Church for 2 ½ years, they feel blessed to worship and serve with this church family. They are proud to have two grown children who are happily married and three wonderful grandchildren.
Jana and Todd were born and raised and spent their early careers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After 8 years in Philadelphia, they retired to Destin in 2014. They placed membership at the church in 2014 and Todd became an Elder in 2020. Their children live in Dallas and Phoenix.

Preacher
Gary is originally from Prattville, Alabama while Rhonda is a local girl originally from Niceville, Florida. Gary has been the preacher here since December 2020. They have four children and six grandchildren.
Youth Minister
Brandon grew up in Brewton, AL. He has lived in Navarre, FL. for the past 11 years. He graduated from Faulkner University in May 2021. Brandon has been the youth minister since December 2017.
Church Secretary
Gilda is a retired educator who originally hails from Mobile, Alabama. She and her husband, have lived in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area for the past 34 years. They have two daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, and one adorable grandson.
